To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and Sourcyness waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. This section does not apply where prohibited by law.

Sourcyness will not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, internet or utility failures, labor disputes, governmental actions, or other events of force majeure.
