Important disclosures about the AI Assistant:

  • The AI Assistant is powered by third-party artificial intelligence technology (Anthropic Claude). Your messages are processed by this third-party service to generate responses.
  • Conversation data is stored in temporary server memory for the duration of your session only (maximum 30 minutes of inactivity) and is automatically deleted thereafter.
  • The AI Assistant does not retain conversation history between separate sessions.
  • Information you provide for scheduling or ticket creation (name, email, meeting details) is transmitted via email to our team and stored in our calendar and support systems.
  • File attachments uploaded through the AI Assistant are stored temporarily on our servers for ticket processing and automatically deleted when your session expires.
  • The AI Assistant requires your explicit consent before collecting any information. You may decline and contact us directly via email, phone, or the contact form instead.
  • Responses from the AI Assistant are generated by artificial intelligence and are for general guidance only. They do not constitute professional advice, commitments, or guarantees from Sourcyness.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide AI-assisted responses, service recommendations, and appointment scheduling

AI Assistant conversation data is stored in temporary server memory only and is automatically deleted after 30 minutes of inactivity or when the session ends — no conversation transcripts are permanently stored. Information submitted through the AI Assistant for scheduling or support tickets (name, email, meeting details, ticket content) is retained as part of our standard business communications and support records.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

11. Limitation of Liability for Data Practices

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, no owner, shareholder, director, officer, employee, agent, contractor, or representative of Sourcyness shall bear any personal liability for any data breach, data loss, unauthorized access, or any other privacy-related incident. Any and all claims related to data practices shall be directed solely against Sourcyness as a corporate entity.

In no event shall the total liability of Sourcyness for any privacy-related claim exceed the greater of (a) the fees paid by you to Sourcyness in the 6 months preceding the claim, or (b) two hundred fifty US dollars ($250 USD). Sourcyness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any privacy-related matter.

You acknowledge that no method of data transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and you assume the risk inherent in providing personal information over the internet.

12. AI Assistant Disclaimer and Limitations

The Sourcyness AI Assistant is powered by third-party artificial intelligence technology and is provided as a convenience tool to help visitors explore our services and schedule consultations. By using the AI Assistant, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Responses generated by the AI Assistant are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice, binding commitments, contractual offers, or guarantees of any kind from Sourcyness.
  • The AI Assistant may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. All information provided should be independently verified with our human team before relying upon it for any decision.
  • Pricing, timelines, deliverables, service scope, or any other business terms mentioned by the AI Assistant are not binding. Only written agreements signed by authorized representatives of Sourcyness constitute valid commitments.
  • Sourcyness and its respective owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from reliance on information provided by the AI Assistant.
  • The AI Assistant processes your messages through a third-party AI provider (Anthropic). While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you use the AI Assistant at your own risk and should not share sensitive personal information (such as financial data, passwords, social security numbers, or health information) through the chat.
  • Appointment bookings made through the AI Assistant are subject to confirmation by our team. Calendar invitations are sent automatically but the meeting is considered confirmed only when acknowledged by a Sourcyness team member.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
