Our Commitment

Sourcyness (ASA Enterprises Inc) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

Conformance Standards

This website has been designed, developed, and is maintained to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

The guidelines define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. We target Level AA conformance, which addresses the most common barriers for disabled users.

Measures Taken

Sourcyness takes the following measures to ensure the accessibility of our website:

  • Semantic HTML structure, Proper use of headings (h1–h6), landmarks (header, main, nav, footer), lists, and ARIA attributes throughout every page.
  • Keyboard navigation, All interactive elements (links, buttons, menus, forms, accordions) are fully operable via keyboard. Dropdown menus support Tab, Enter, Space, Escape, and Arrow key navigation.
  • Skip navigation, A "Skip to main content" link is provided on every page to allow keyboard and screen reader users to bypass repeated navigation.
  • Focus indicators, All focusable elements display a clearly visible focus outline that meets a minimum 3:1 contrast ratio against adjacent colors.
  • Color contrast, All text and interactive elements meet or exceed the WCAG 2.2 AA minimum contrast ratios: 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text.
  • Text resizing, The site is designed using relative units (rem, em) and is fully functional at 200% browser zoom without loss of content or functionality.
  • Responsive design, The website is fully responsive and functional across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices in both portrait and landscape orientations.
  • Touch targets, All interactive elements meet the WCAG minimum touch target size of 44×44 CSS pixels, with primary action buttons at 48px minimum.
  • Form accessibility, All form fields have visible labels with proper for/id associations, required fields are identified, and error messages are programmatically associated with their controls.
  • Alternative text, All meaningful images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked with empty alt attributes or aria-hidden="true".
  • Motion sensitivity, All animations and transitions respect the prefers-reduced-motion operating system setting. When reduced motion is preferred, all non-essential animations are disabled.
  • Accessible preferences widget, We provide an on-site accessibility preferences panel that allows users to adjust text size, contrast modes, text spacing, link highlighting, cursor size, reading guide, image visibility, dyslexia-friendly font, and animation settings. This widget is itself WCAG 2.2 AA compliant.
  • Structured data, Schema.org markup is implemented to provide additional context for search engines and assistive technologies.
  • No auto-playing media, No audio or video content auto-plays on any page.
  • Language declaration, The primary language of each page is declared in the HTML lang attribute.

  • Automated testing, Regular automated scans using tools such as axe, WAVE, and Lighthouse to identify and remediate accessibility issues.
  • Manual testing, Manual keyboard navigation testing, screen reader testing (with NVDA, VoiceOver, and JAWS), and testing with browser zoom at 200%.

Known Limitations

While we strive for comprehensive accessibility, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

  • Third-party content, Some embedded third-party content (such as scheduling widgets or social media feeds) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.2 AA standards. We work with third-party providers to improve accessibility where possible.
  • PDF documents, Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. Upon request, we will provide accessible alternatives.
  • Newly published content, Recently added content may have a brief period before accessibility review is completed. We aim to review all new content within 5 business days of publication.

We are actively working to resolve any known issues. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please contact us.
