Client Dependency - Week 1: All final general website content (text, images, logo, branding) PLUS comprehensive details pertinent to the primary interactive function(s) selected for your website. This may include, but is not limited to:
For Booking/Scheduling: Service descriptions, durations, pricing, staff availability/details.
For Listings/Directory: Required listing fields, category structure, submission guidelines.
For Event Management: Full event details (titles, dates, times, locations, descriptions, imagery, speaker info if applicable).

All information relevant to your chosen features is required from you, the Client, by the end of the first week of the development phase.
Client Dependency - Week 2: Access credentials to your hosting server environment, along with a properly configured SSL certificate (or the ability for us to install one), must be provided during the second week. Crucially, if your selected tier (Deluxe/Ultimate) involves on-site payments (for bookings, listings, tickets, or donations), fully active payment gateway account details (API keys/credentials) must also be provided during this week.
Crucial Disclaimer: The estimated 3-week delivery timeframe is strictly contingent upon the timely receipt of all necessary content, functional details (booking, listing, event, ticket, donation specifics), access credentials, and payment gateway information (if applicable) from you as outlined above. Delays or issues with any of these items will necessitate adjustments to the project schedule and push back the final delivery date accordingly.
Scope & Revisions: This timeline assumes adherence to the agreed-upon scope for the selected Interactive Website Pro tier (Basic, Deluxe, or Ultimate). Significant delays in providing feedback during review stages, or requests for changes/additions outside the original scope, may also extend the timeline and potentially incur additional costs (subject to discussion and agreement).
