9. Termination

We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Site or Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.  

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.  

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site or Services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Georgia. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.  

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sourcyness relating to the Site and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.  

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Site or by other means. Your continued use of the Site or Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
